A2. 5×5 Strict Pullups + ME kipping C2B
(do 5 strict pullups then right into max effort kipping C2B pullups, athletes can drop for no more than 5sec between the strict and kipping. To scale they can do 3 strict pullups and regular kipping)
Rest 60sec

21 KB Swings 70/53
12 Ring Dips

C. Core (On Own Time)

1min Weighted Plank
30 Barbell Side Bends (15 each side – light weight)

It’s getting cold! CFPT will be selling sweatpants first time ever! $45. Available in men’s and women sizes S-XL. (Men’s sizes go up to 2X) We are taking pre-orders until Monday, Nov 10th. To order: Email info@crossfitpeachtree.com Photo of the sweatpants are not the design they will be, just a mock up showing the logo on the pant. Sweatpants will be in dark grey. -We have samples of the Women’s medium and Men’s large at the gym for you to try on. The samples in the gym will be the actual sweatpants you order. FYI, Women’s are a tighter, more trendy fit.

We love to give all year round, but it’s the holidays where we want to try to help in any little way we can to help people feel joy near and far. Ever heard of the phrase “One’s trash is another’s treasure”?? This couldn’t be more true for the children of Africa. Join us in Sole Hope. Cutting old pairs of jeans into patterns to make shoes for children in Uganda. **Come have a drink and Join CFPT next Sunday, evening, Nov 9th, for Crafts with a Cause at 5 pm!!! Where: Whitehall Tavern When: Sunday, Nov 9th @ 5 pm Bring: A pair or 2 of your old jeans to cut into patterns for shoes. ***Also bring a friend!! This is open to anyone who loves to help!! *We will provide the patterns and scissors for you to cut your jeans into the patterns for the shoes We will be sending them to Uganda and your donation will provide jobs to locals to sew and make for children. ***We have a goal of 50 pairs of shoes!!!
